Do I need a card to start the free trial?
No. You get 30 days of the full product without entering any payment details. Pick a plan whenever you're ready.
What happens when my trial or plan ends?
Nothing is deleted. Your account becomes read-only: you can still sign in, view and export everything, and renewing picks up exactly where you left off.
Is my data safe from other companies on the platform?
Yes. Every query is tied to your company, and we test on every release that one company can never read or change another's records.
Can I move my data out?
Yes, any time. Settings → Data & Account builds a ZIP with every table as a spreadsheet, your uploaded files, and every invoice as a PDF.
Do prices include GST?
Plan prices are shown before GST; 18% GST is added at checkout and you receive a proper GST tax invoice for every payment.
